No cancellations are accepted, no exchanges are permitted, and no refunds will be provided.
Damages and issues
PureHairForever.co is NOT responsible for any damaged product as we inspect each item before it is shipped out. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Exchanges are only offered if you receive the wrong item(s) please contact customer service immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES IF THE PUREHAIRFOREVER.CO HAIR SEAL ON OUR PRODUCTS HAS BEEN BROKEN, OUR PRODUCTS HAS BEEN WORN OR TAMPERED WITH! EXTENSIONS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK UNOPENED IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE PACKAGING MUST NOT BE DEFECTED IN ANY WAY OR AN EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ISSUED!
