PROCESSING/SHIPPING
Please allow us 7-10 days to process all orders. Orders will be shipped out Tuesday - Saturday. We do not run business on Monday's or Sunday's. If you place an order on either of those days you your will not be processed until our next working day.
All orders are final and cannot be edited once they are placed. This includes changes to:
• Product types (bundles, wigs, etc.)
• Lengths or textures
• Quantities
• Shipping addresses
• Payment or billing information
Why?
To maintain fast processing times and ensure product hygiene, our system begins preparing your order immediately after it’s submitted. For this reason, no edits, substitutions, or cancellations can be made once an order is confirmed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All payment transactions are final. (Deposits are non refundable and Hair order sales are final ) We do not accept exchanges or returns. Please ensure that your order and booking is correct before submitting your payment.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
At Pure Hair Forever Co we prioritize getting your hair extensions to you safely and on time. Once your order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Pure Hair Forever Co is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
Please Note:
• We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the courier has marked them as delivered.
• We recommend shipping to a secure location or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature upon arrival.
• If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact the delivery carrier directly to file a claim.
• We are happy to assist with tracking info and claim guidance, but replacements or refunds will not be issued for items marked as delivered.
TIPS TO PREVENT LOSS:
• Ship to a trusted address or workplace.
• Request signature confirmation (optional at checkout).
• Track your order closely using the tracking number provided.
