We ask that you please ensure that your billing and shipping address matches. We do NOT ship to P.O boxes. Make sure your entering the correct billing address that's associated with your bank card. If you do not enter the correct billing address your card won't process the payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined it will fall off and its only showing you attempted to make the transaction.

For customers located near Atlanta, GA, we offer the convenient option of choosing "Local Pick-Up" as your delivery method during checkout instead of shipping.
Your pick-up ready email will be sent to you during the specified shipping window, will contain all the necessary details for your pick-up including precise address. designate pickup times, and pickup instructions.
